How do I make an order?

Select the “Add to Cart” button and review and confirm your order details and item(s) before placing the order. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept Visa and Mastercard only (soon, we will add PayPal & Amazon Pay).

How do I change my shipping address?

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed. Therefore, we highly suggest double-checking your address before placing your order. Please send us an email at info@wonmire.com for further assistance.

Do you charge sales tax?

You will be charged in compliance with state law. If the state your purchase is being shipped to requires sales tax, it will be reflected on your invoice at checkout. 

Can I get a refund or replace the product?

We have a 30-day 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Return your unused item(s) in its original packaging, and we will refund your total amount or make a replacement. For more details – see the Refund Policy.

If I get a refund, how long will it take to be credited back to me?

We issue refunds immediately; however, it is up to your banking institution as to when funds are made available, which is usually within 3-5 business days.

Where are Wonmire products shipped from?

Wonmire products are shipped from our warehouse 1049 NW 1st CT
Hallandale Beach, FL 33009.

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on which one is available the fastest.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free Standard shipping for all of our orders (valid in the continental USA).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days (valid in the continental USA).

Can you ship outside of the continental USA?

We’re only able to ship within the continental USA.
If you need shipping outside of the continental USA or to other countries, you can make an order on Amazon.com.

What shipping company do you use?

We use Amazon Delivery Service Partners.

Do I receive a tracking number?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s.)
Shipping from different store locations may lead to multiple packages for the same order. As a result, you may be notified of multiple tracking numbers.

What should I do if my order gets stuck or lost during the shipping process?

How to get an extended warranty?

- We provide a lifetime warranty (free replacement) for quality-related issues for registered products only. 
- To obtain a lifetime warranty, you have to register your product on our website.
- If the product has not been registered within 60 days from the date of purchase, the warranty will be 12 months.
- The warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
